Profile of Artist:

Arjun Prajapati was born in a Kumbhaar (Potter’s) family and as a young boy he was inclined towards Art and Craft. He did his higher education in the field of sculpture and anatomical drawing. He was always influenced by great artists of their times like Dass Babu, Dwarka Prasad Sharma and Anandilal Verma. Arjun has created immense magnificent master sculptures not only from Marble but also from Plaster of Paris, Terracota, bronze and clay too.

Arjun Prajapati has organized workshops, demonstration, seminars all over in India and foreign countries.

Arjun Prajapati has amazed people by his encarved, designs that give a realistic view. In fact once in America, during “spot sculpturing” with clay in just 20 minutes the US President was so much impressed that he designated him as “Magician of Sculpture Art.” As a true devotee to its art form Arjun Prajapati has established a “Sculpture Art Training Centre” in order to train and nourish the aspiring artists and continues to give his best in his creation.
